On the Farm

My friend Jamie invited Max and I to spend an afternoon on her grandma's farm in Laingsburg. It was so much fun! We fed the pigs, had lunch by the pond, fed the fish (which never came to visit, but oh well!), sat on a bunch of huge tractors and made some new friends. Thanks for a great afternoon Jamie, Curtis, and Joy!

Here is Max running down the long dirt path to the pond at the back of the farm. The Lee Farm is 150 years old! So cool!

Joy pulling the wagon with our lunches and Max leading the way! They were a good team.
Curtis pulling and Max pushing the wagon...and boy was it a windy day! They worked hard.

Jamie, Curtis, and Joy feeding the fish at the pond. Unfortunately none came to eat our treats. I think it was too windy for them.

The kids posing for a picture...notice Max's blue mouth....from a blue cookie...he always seems to have a dirty mouth in every picture I take. ha! Joy and Curtis look adorable and clean as can be!

I loved this picture of Joy and Curtis feeding the fish. So sweet.

Curtis decided to go walking in the pond because he had his rain boots on and his feet couldn't get wet, but he didn't factor in the mud and almost got stuck coming out!

Here are the pigs we fed cobs of corn. They were huge!

Curtis sitting on one big tractor. He looks like a little man doesn't he?

Here is Max thrilled to be on the tractor all by himself. It took a bit of convincing, but once he was up there he didn't want to come down. He was king of the world!

Notice the HUGE tires!

Joy and Max driving together.

All three of the little ones at the top of one of the more modern tractors. So much fun!
