I STILL can't figure this out!

I'm going to have to have a tutorial because for the life of me I can not figure out how to get my friends/family blog sites to appeare anywhere on my page! So frustrated! I followed the directions that Amy and Carlen gave me, it saved the addresses, but they don't show up. Where did they go? Where are they? Why can't I see them? Because I'm retarded! Yes, I know that's not a politically correct term, nor is it considerate, but I'm pissed!
