Poo poo in the potty!

Max has finally decided that pooping in the potty is much better than pooping in his diaper. Hurray! Every morning we leave his diaper off and let him run around until he feels the urge to poo and then he goes running into the bathroom, closes the door, asks to be left alone, and does his dirty deed. Afterward we all dance and shout and hug and then place a sticker on his potty chart. So far he's pooed the last five mornings and peed on almost every one too! It's all very exciting. Now I just need to work up the courage to let him wear his underwear out in public....yikes! Does anyone have any good ideas for training boys when they aren't naked???
